We’re experience artists dedicated to multimedia, interactive  technology, and the human experience. 

Pixelumen Lab was founded in 2015 by Robbie Hayes and David Ghatan. Both are active and award-winning theatre artists with shared interests in design and technology, and more specifically the human interaction.  Bringing together their combined skills and experience drew them to found this new company. 

In addition to their work in theatre they have expertise in the fields of architectural lighting design, video projection and design, audio design, stage lighting, and scenography.

The premise that good design engages not just an individual but also a community and helps to nourish the community is important to our founding principles. Pixelumen strives to create environments which excite, activate, and engage.

Using storytelling as our guide our integration work involves collaborating with Designers, Owners, Manufacturers, and Contractors to provide customized programming solutions for a range of technologies including: LED Lighting, motors, fire, audio systems, video, water, wind fans, and much more.
